Designation                            :             Account  Clerk


Salary                                         :            RM 1,600.00


Job Functions                          :            – Accounts Receivable


Verify valid sales invoice,classify and record on a timely  basis.

Generate and check Debtors Aging every month end.

Responsible follw up and liaise with customer for any outstanding invoices.

Record cheque receipt to the Bank control book.

Debtors statement reconciliation.


Accounts Payable


Prepare and check supporting document (invoice, delivery order, purchase order and goods received note).

Before recognition and recording of the liability for receipt of goods and services. Arrange payment base on due date.

Creditor statement reconciliation.

Liaise with purchasing manager, supplier and other division staff.

Designation                           :           Account Assistant

Job Functions                        :           –  Prepare the payment voucher & issue cheque to

Supplier.                                                                                                                                         –  Handle the petty Cash, Updated Cash Books

–  Take-in all the invoice, Delivery Order, Issuing Debit

/Credit Note (Creditor/Debtor) into the system.

– Prepare monthly reconciliation for all the bank and

Creditor/ debtors statement.

– Updated payments received from customer daily, posting and prepared bank slip.

– Responsible for general accounting function i.e. Invoice, Payment, Collection, data entries, filing and any other accounting related work.

– Preparation of government forms and submission: EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax.

– Prepare T/T, L/C, BA, Bank Draft & Cashier Order, Liasing with bank to book the rates.

– Liase with Auditor, Banker, Company Secretary & Tax Agent



  1. July 2012 – Present :    Thien Hong Machinery (M) Sdn Bhd


Designation                            :    Account & Admin & Human Resources Assistant

Job Functions                        :           – Prepare all the payment for supplier .

– Prepare the Salesman, Manager Claim & Payment

– Take-in all the invoice (Creditor) into the system.

– Pass Journal for cancellation cheque and any

Reclassification if wrongly key in at ledger account.

– Prepare monthly reconciliation for all the bank and        creditor statement.

– Filling Account Document

– Update New Fixed Asset in System for every purchase new assets and calculate the deprication.

– Prepare payment for hire purchase of Motor Vehicle, Machinery every beginning of the month.

– Prepare the worker Salary every half month
