ADMIN. ASSISTANT
MYR 1,800 – 2,000
Kuala Lumpur – Solaris Mont Kiara

Responsibilities:

  • To carry out general daily office administrative duties
  • To maintain and update employees’ leave and personal records
  • To assist in part timer calculation, payment and budget
  • To manage office stationery and equipment requirement
  • To assist in monthly phone payment

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM
  • Computer skills requires and Microsoft Office Proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple task and willing to learn
  • Candidate must be able to work independent and self-motivated
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Solaris Mont Kiara
