Full-Time Admin Executive

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide day to day general office administrative and coordination support such as ordering and maintaining inventory of pantry supplies, office appliances, etc.
• Support the project team and assist in preparation of reports
• Process quotations, invoices, and purchase orders
• Manage on project file and company vehicle logbook.
• Assist/prepare for staff claims.
• Tracking & reporting overall job progress
• Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Accept fresh graduate and entry level in this position.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Immediate position available
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel and Words
• Work location: Puchong
• Working hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm
