Full-Time ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER / BRANCH MANAGER
Responsibilities:Manage & complete daily store operation jobs
Keep store enviroment safe & clean
Market merchadising by studying promotion, pricing, product display ,stock control and stock manage.
Achieve sales target
Maintain store staffs by recruiting, selecting, training and motivating.
Resolve customer problems
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least a year of experience in Sales, Retailing or relevant field would be an added advantage; fresh graduates/high school leavers may apply.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & Bahasa Cina & Bahasa Inggeris
Able to work accordingly to retail hours, including weekends & Public Holidays. Alternate rest day on Sunday.
Must be confident, friendly & able to provide good customer services.
Proactive & initiative team player with ability to achieve sales targets.
Independent, stylish, ambitious & team driven.
Charismatic, hardworking & able to commit as part of the retail team.
Must have the passion & drive to grow together with the team.
Posess transport for travelling & transferable
