Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
•Ensures full compliance to all statutory/ regulatory requirements and relevant Acts.

•Ensures regular updates of the statutory registers i.e. properly kept and updated within statutory period and statutory filings

•Other secretarial duties which include attending the board meeting and drafting the minutes.

Requirements:
•Posses ICSA qualification or a Bachelor Degree in Corporate Admin or equivalent qualification.

•3 to 6 years of relevant working experience.

•Technically strong in corporate secretarial.
.Good understanding and application of Companies Act 2016
