Full-Time Channel Support Executive
Responsibilities:Assist in creating, executing and evaluating sales and marketing strategies/campaigns.
Support marketing activities mainly in channel sales but from time to time in retail sales too.
Compilation and analysis of reports in Microsoft excel.
Support sales personnel in back end operations e.g. credit control management, documentation, correspondence, market survey, etc.
Create and improve Sales Department SOP.
Assist in creating an e-commerce platform.
Requirements:At least STPM/Diploma in any field relevant to Business Management or ICT.
Possess good skills in communication and team cooperation.
An organized and structural person who is good in multitasking.
Familiar with Microsoft Windows and Office. Skills in mobile operation system an added advantage.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and dialects proficiency an added advantage.
Preferably with one year working experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Openness and willingness to learn and get involved are utmost importance.
Knowhow in e-commerce and social medial marketing an added advantage.
