Full-Time Customer Services Executive

Job Description



  • Managing the community platform.
  • Answering queries, gather suggestions & feedbacks and related tasks
  • Maintaining good customer relationship by leading online content generation and community management on various social media platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, etc.
  • Monitoring effectiveness of online content and adjust strategies whenever necessary.
  • Leading new initiatives and related tasks as assigned by management
  • Weekly and monthly reports.
  • Ensure all KPI are met.


  • Fluent in English and Chinese for both writing and reading. Good communication skills.
  • Preferably one or more years of good experience in social media & customer service management.
  • Strong and quick learning ability, Have a strong sense of responsibility, Analytical mind, Meticulous and Able to handle work pressure with good execution skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with blockchain, cryptocurrency and related technology.
  • Able to type replies fast using computer for Mandarin and English.
  • Computer literate and able use common software such as Outlook, Excel, Word and etc.
  • Able to independently work on shift and overtime.
  • Able to travel when necessary (including oversea).

1) Working Location : Taman Mount Austin, Johor Bharu

2) Working Hours : Shift Basis ( 8 Hours Works & Overtime )

3) Working Days : 6 Day In a Week

4) Salary Range : RM 2000 – RM 4000 (Depends On Experiences)

5) Employment Benefit : Medical, Annual Leave, Transport Allowance

6) Preferred Age : 20 – 30 Years Old

7) Minimum Education : Diploma Above
