Full-Time HR ASSISTANT
-Responsible for receptionist duties in the HR main office, including answering telephones and greeting visitors to the department.
-Coordinates new hire processing, enters new applicant data into the HRIS, assists in office procedures, and provides administrative support to the Human Resources Director and the Human Resources Managers as needed.
-Ability to multi-task and assist HR manager in HR daily task is required
-Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, prioritize, meet deadlines, and be resourceful and flexible, while -maintaining absolute professionalism and confidentiality
-Must be able to maintain confidential information
