Full-Time Process Integration Engineer / Senior Engineer
Product yield improvement and maintenance.
New product and process pilot run. Device and process development to meet customers’ requirement.
Introduction of new customer device into the FAB.
Experiment design process margin improve SOP set up and system maintenance.
Education and Experience
PhD / Masters in Electrical / Electronics / Physics / Chemical Engineering with least 2 years of experience in semiconductor
Experience in Flash or BSI are preferred
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
Excellent Communication & Inter-Personal skill
Ability to work under pressure & in a Dynamic Environment
Must Possess Positive attitude, Self –Starter & Team Player
Must have a good understanding of device physic and CMOS fabrication processes.
Willing to take an extra effort to complete the task on schedule.
