ROLE: Studio Manager

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM

We partnered with adidas in 2015 building out a language localisation team and since then we have launched 5 other teams spanning from shoot production to toolkit creation and we are now embarking on our biggest venture with them on building a centralised adaptation global team. With an unmatched history and tradition of creating iconic products, consumer connections and experiences, adidas has been defining sport culture since the beginning. And they’re not done. We are working with adidas to build a dedicated global centralised adaptation dedicated team, which will deliver all their global localised mastering and adaptation needs.

 

Our team will support adidas’s global markets from our centralised offices as well as being onsite/near-site with the clients in these markets. The support will span from eCom, social, print and their retail content needs. This team will serve as adidas’ bespoke global adaptation global agency, working at the heart of their business.

 

We are looking for people who want to work closer with clients and brands, who are entrepreneurial and relish the opportunity to be a part of something new and dynamic.

 

WHAT IS REQUIRED:

  • Manage multiple design and production projects simultaneously in a fast-paced

environment

  • Oversee the overall quality of deliverables
  • Responsible for ensuring all processes have been checkedand also approving

print/digital ready artwork

  • Implement brand guidelines and be responsible for ensuring all graphic work leaving the studio meets the brief and adhere to media spec/deadline
  • Manage a team of designers/artworkers/HTML/motion designers
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the account team and project managers
  • Manage and maintain assets library using OLIVER tools
  • Offer design support to the team when and if needed

  • Ability to quickly immerse in brands and problem-solve
  • Impact beyond the assignment
  • Every project produced is of the highest quality and delivered on time and to budget
  • Strong experience in creative, print and digital production environment
  • Experience of managing creative and production team
  • Thorough understanding and experience with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and ideally Premier
  • Strong project management skills and highly detail-oriented and organised
  • Strong team player and ability to influence
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving and entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written communications; bi-lingual is advantageous
  • Proven traffic management experience a plus
