Job Description

Assisting the business in process all received trade order instruction (subscription, redemption, transfer and switch) based on allocated client assigned
Preparing various reports to client for daily deliverables
Process payments based on the trade order instructions provided and ensure the payment been sent to the respective investor
Conduct hard copy filing for data management as part of document retentions
Prepare various daily reconciliation such as fax, trades, and payment reconciliation
Execute dividend event into the system and prepare to circulate confirmation to client and investor respectively
Assisting line managers in providing audit evidence during due diligence review, external and internal audit review.
Review procedures and escalate if found discrepancies
Be prepared to assist the business unit in conducting any ad hoc projects and provide feedback on the test result
Updating monthly internal and external report (KPI and MIS) for various stakeholders and clients as part of reporting requirement.
